Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. 

We will give a full refund if the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of you receiving them.
We will need to be contacted prior to any returns.  Please keep your original invoice number as this will be needed for any returns.
Our returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.  The customer will incur the cost of return postage unless the goods were delivered faulty or incorrectly.
