By using The Craft Shop on line you (the customer) agree to the terms and conditions.

Sale of Goods

Each sale is made when you submit your order through our on line service. You will then receive an auto e-mail confirmation of the goods purchased by you, detailing the cost of goods and the cost of postage, £1.50 to the u.k on all orders. £3.50 Europe and £10 on all parcels to the rest of the world. This will be deemed as the agreed price of goods and the agreed cost of postage. The Craft Shop have the right to decline an order and has no guarantee that an order can be fulfilled.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. We will give a full refund if the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of you receiving them.
We will need to be contacted prior to any returns. Please keep your original invoice number as this will be needed for any returns.
Our returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.
The customer will incur the cost of return postage unless the goods were delivered faulty or incorrectly.

Delivery

Postage is 99p throughout the UK onall orders.
Once your order has been confirmed we will dispatch your order to you. Your order will be sent to you by first or second class mail or by Parcel Force for larger items. The day that you receive the delivery is the start date of the returns policy.

Description

At The Craft Shop we have made every effort to ensure the description of our goods are as accurate as possible and that the images are a true representation. Some variation in colour may occur due to computer settings and the descriptions used may contain supplier/manufacturer quotations.

Security

All transactions are fully secured using a system that adheres to the highest levels of security against fraud. Your credit card details are encrypted and actioned through Protx, which has 'achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).' 'ensuring that your customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.' Your credit card details are not available to The Craft Shop.

We hope that you enjoy using our site and that you will enjoy making purchases with us. We know how frustrating it is to receive unwanted e mails, telephone calls, junk mail etc, so be rest assured that the information you give us will not be passed on to any other company. You may wish to limit the information you give us when you set up your account with us, however on doing so this may limit your access to some of our services.
